Product description:

Complementary formula of vit E, selenium &zinc with adequate levels to protect body against free radicals so avoid oxidative damage for optimum immune response & also enhance bird’s fertility.

Vit E

• Is a strong antioxidant that protects body against free radicals and oxidative stress so prevents lipid peroxidation and also protect oxidation of (vit. A, vit. C& carotene) in GIT.
• For immunity building & protecting against various viral disease.
• Vitamin E plays a fundamental role in avoiding the morphological-functional alterations of the epithelial structure(skin and mucous membranes) induced by various agents, representing the pathogen’s entry into the host organism.
• protects semen/sperm qualities in male birds and egg qualities in female birds via decreasing the lipid peroxidation in semen/sperms and eggs.
• Maintains male fertility functions, including semen volume, sperm concentration, sperm viability, sperm motility, and sperm capacity, in poultry species.
• Maintains female fertility in poultry species, including egg production, egg fertility, and egg hatchability.

Selenium

• Protection of macrophage and leukocytes from free radicals as it is part of GSH-Px peroxidases so belongs to the first and second major levels of antioxidant defense in the cell.
• Enhancing chicken resistance to stress and diseases.
• -Vitamin E, together with selenium, seems to increase the host’s defenses against infections by improving the function of phagocytic cells and stimulating the synthesis of serum antibodies.
• Protecting leukocytes & macrophage during phagocytosis from toxic substances That are produced for killing ingested bacteria.
• Selenium plays a critical role in semen quality, hatchability, egg production, and maternal programming.

Zinc

• Increases the activity of GSH-Px and SOD (super oxide dismutase) & increases serum conc. of vit. E& vit. C which are the most important antioxidant in body.
• zinc is the main component of Cu/zinc SOD, and SOD has cell defense functions against oxidative stress, so zinc deficiency lead to the increased production of free radicals.
• -zinc is known to have an important role in the immune system of the animal because it is needed in the function, structure, and development of the immune system & also required for lymphocyte proliferation so can protect the body from attack by microorganisms.

Taurine

• Protects against hyper ammonia resulted from improper detoxification by liver & Protects birds against liver fibrosis.
• Has great role in cellular homeostasis, stress response, anti-oxidation, neuroprotection, energy metabolism, ion movement, calcium signaling, osmoregulation, and mitochondrial functions.
